Open research and projects are shared under the licenses stated alongside them. The site's own branding and design remain the property of The AGI Scientist.

Paid plans, where offered, are billed as described at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The AGI Scientist is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
